CDR Health Strategies is led by Denise Raybon, MPH. 

Denise brings more than two decades of leadership experience in public health, program strategy, and implementation support at the federal, state, and community levels. She is known for designing and facilitating inclusive group processes, guiding strategic planning efforts, and translating complex information into practical tools, trainings, and communications that support real-world action. Her commitment to inclusive practice and improving access to quality health services, particularly through community health initiatives, is woven throughout the fabric of CDR Health Strategies.
